I can’t believe I haven’t posted a blog post in over a month! When I got back from Disney I had to prepare for a big test week. I've solely been focusing on studying and school is definitely my top priority but I’m back and ready to share the goods!
On Monday I whipped up some honey baked veggies that were out of this world good. I prefer to eat fresh produce over frozen produce when cooking, but I'll admit that my morning smoothies are made with frozen fruit. Can’t win em all! I didn’t use specific measurements because I’m always trying to "keep things interesting" but I will do my best to give you approximate measurements.
