Working for progress over perfection is a hard concept for me. I have to constantly remind myself that failing doesn't mean it's over. It's just another opportunity for me to grow. I want to try and post more about areas I can grow in which is going to be difficult because no one wants to post about how their life isn't picture perfect. People will often tell me that I'm always involved in something and it's true! Who doesn't want to be well-rounded?! I want to learn more and experience as much as I can so that I can be good at multiple things. I want people to know that they can count on me because I'm knowledgeable and experienced. The amount of pressure and what I expected out of myself isn't always healthy. I know it's OK to be mediocre at some things and I pray to let go of the things I can't control. To the people who are living perfectionists, I don't think it's all that bad. It just shows how much we care and that we are eager for success. We must try to remember not to chase after perfection because we are enough, just the way God created us! Lately I've been following His plan over my own and I can honestly say I'm happier because of it. All selections and opinions in this post are my own.

If you want to be successful in your life, then you should measure your progression rate, not your perfection level. Setting goals and developing a weekly checklist- are essential to remain on track for an exceptional career. Likewise, to stay motivated, you need to select your supporting goals wisely and measure your progress periodically. Perfection is wearying, but progress is galvanizing. With time, perfection leads to obsession, but as progress always focuses on the current juncture, so it never measures time. So, you should focus on progress, not perfection so that you can create a life you have envisioned- https://www.reginafasold.com/blog/create-the-life-you-envision-for-yourself/ .
