One of the biggest questions I get about my lifestyle is how I manage to do so much in a single day. It isn't always easy but I'd have to say that Monday is the secret to my success!
Monday is usually everyone's least favorite day of the week which is why it’s my favorite. I try to turn a negative into a positive! Monday is a fresh start, a clean slate, and a step in the right direction. It ends up being my most productive day of the week because I look forward to that fresh start. My week is always planned out before Monday arrives so that I don’t have to use it as a catch up day. I normally try to workout twice and write out any flash cards to get ahead in school. I want my schoolwork to feel like a marathon and less like a sprint (less pressure, more breathing room). At the end of the week I'm not playing catch up on my to-do list.
It’s the most perfect day to squeeze in that extra 20-minute run or visit/call your favorite grandparent. So before going to bed on Sunday, go the extra mile and plan out your Monday making it your best one yet!
