I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen trying to come up with easy yet delicious meals that don't take forever to make. For some reason creating a sauce just isn't my forte so if there's something that I can whip up without one, I'm all in. I've also been making a ton of meals that include ground turkey meat and cheese; so what else comes to mind in an oven baked dish other than a hamburger helper?! Avocado is a favorite of mine however shell noodles is something I try and steer clear of, carbs! The shell noodles were a nice change up plus I posted a photo of the exact brand I used below. My mom wasn't the best cook growing up but she was one heck of a baker so any type of baked dish is no big deal for me, luckily!
