roasted brussel sprouts

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag of Brussel sprouts 
  • extra light olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • baking tray
  • aluminum foil 

Directions:
  • preheat oven to 400
  • foil your baking dish for an easy clean up
  • carefully cut the ends of the sprouts off and then cut each Brussel sprout in half
  • drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on top
  • add salt and pepper 
  • bake for about 18 minutes
