berry protein pancake bites

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of almond milk
  • powdered sugar and syrup
  • fresh berries cut up into small pieces

Directions:
  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Combine protein powder, pancake mix, milk, and an egg. Mix!
  • Pour mixture into muffin pan and top with a few small berries.
  • Bake until golden (about 15 minutes)!
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar or dip into syrup and enjoy!
